• Updating your phone number — Reply to any Four Words message with your new number, or submit the Request to Join form with your new number in the message field.
• Questions about a quote, privacy, or the service — Use the Request to Join form and put your question in the message field. Matt reviews every submission personally.

Response time

Matt handles all communication personally — there is no automated response, no support desk, no staff. Replies usually come within a day or two. This is a small private ministry, not a customer service operation. Please be patient.
